• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. One-time purchases (such as Pick of the Day) are non-refundable after the pick has been revealed.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

All picks, predictions, and analysis provided on BetSmarter365 are generated by algorithmic models and are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
